Broderick’s care about our customers and as such we feel it’s important for us to have robust methods to inform consumers about what goes into our products and services. Download the allergen spec sheet for our drink and our ingredients.

We’re working to the strictest standards alongside DEFRA, the government department responsible for food protection, to ensure that labelling on our food and drink is clear, legible and obvious to the consumer. The following products are being higlighted:

Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, oats, barley)
Egg
Soybeans (or soya containing products)
Milk (and products made from milk – dairy)
Celery
