The meal range is crafted using natural, locally sourced ingredients and caters to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. Additionally, I’m So Good has now introduced meals that are completely free from all 14 major allergens, ensuring that more people than ever can enjoy safe, delicious, and nutritious meals.

 

 

A Mission Born from Real-Life Struggles

Founded after lockdown in 2020 by Emily and Luke, I’m So Good was born from firsthand experience. Emily, a keyworker and single mum working full-time, struggled to find time to eat well during the height of the pandemic. At the same time, Luke had recently purchased a production unit but wasn’t sure which direction to take it. When the two met, Luke was inspired by Emily’s story and together, they set out to create a solution. Nutritious, convenient meals that cater to real-life demands.

One standout dish, the I’m So Good One Pot Moroccan Tagine, has been a firm favourite among Broderick Group staff. Designed in collaboration with Erica & Shelley of Stepping Hill Hospital, who won the NHS Chef of the Year 2022, this dish showcases the same level of quality that wowed judges in all competition categories.

Sustainability at the Core

In line with Broderick Group Ltd’s commitment to sustainability, the new vending machines will be energy-efficient and stocked with eco-friendly packaging, reinforcing both companies’ dedication to reducing their carbon footprint while providing healthier food choices.
