Broderick Group Limited is proud to announce a monumental achievement, surpassing £25 million in annual sales for the year 2024. This milestone confirms our status as the largest UK vending operator through organic growth, driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence and innovation.

At Broderick Group Limited, we are pioneers of sustainable innovation. Our bespoke telemetry system, developed with Coges and KTP funding and monitored by Microsoft and our data team, was the first contactless system to integrate seamlessly with Crane and Coges. This system enables basket and multi-purchase sales which equate to 16% of sales in public places , confirming data for all products in each transaction and allowing for accurate replenishment.

Data-Driven Insights

Data retrieval has been critical in our machine replenishing program. Brands can see their investment’s performance, identifying where it works and where it doesn’t, providing real data at a time when HFSS regulations have brands seeking new experiences in different channels. Additionally, our data monitors lost sales and trends in the service department, overseeing machines in real-time to eliminate malfunctions and downtime, and predicting identifiable issues.

Cashless Transformation

The transition from cash to cashless has been swift, especially after the pandemic, thanks to our loyalty rewarding app, Pay4Vend. With clearing house transactions for cards and mobile payments completed within 24 hours or earlier, we guarantee Sunday’s money is deposited before 11am on Monday morning. This efficiency is unparalleled in the industry.

Currently, cash transactions account for less than 4% of our operations and will be completely phased out by the first quarter of 2025. This shift to cashless ensures that no one ever loses money in a Broderick’s vending machine.
